Pictorial Review Jerry Jones Electric Sitar

On of our more unique stock items is the Jerry Jones Electric Sitar. The Sitar from Jerry Jones has a propietary bridge that produces the "twang" for lack of a better that you associate with the Sitar. There are 13 resonant string which have a pickup to mix in the disonant drone notes. The drone strings are tuned with the same sorts of pegs you would expect to see on an Autoharp, or the "chord zither" in this neck of the woods in North Carolina. As a fantastic solo lead or single note run instrument, the Electric Sitar from Jerry Jones is wonderful addition to your paint box of tone. Here are a handful of close up images of the body and workings of the Electric Sitar. Thanks for checking out this post!
