We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for one or more of the following reasons:
If the transaction is being made with a stolen credit card. We will notify the authorities to the fraudulent use of any credit card.
We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors in both descriptions and pricing.
With all special orders, we require a 30% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation of a special order. Once the product is delivered, there are no returns if the item is in the condition requested.
