Spaun Hybrid Kit. Get the best of both worlds combining acrylic with maple or birch. You can bring in the louder, more focused qualities of acrylic while maintaining the warm, woody character of maple. Or, you can combine acrylic with birch for added brightness. Both visually and sonically unique, this is a kit that demands attention! This set has maple outer edges wrapped with Red Glass Glitter and Clear Acrylic centers. All drum hardware is powdercoated in Red Cany. The solid brass lug is a 2 piece design. It consists of a solid "body" and a threaded "insert". The bass drum comes equipped with a clear EMAD batter head and a clear Evans EQ3 logo head with (2) 6" Chrome Bass Drum O's. All of the toms come with clear G2 batter heads and clear G1 resonant heads.
