Our policy on shipping is that we ship the order on the same day that it is processed and billed. Orders taken after business and shipping hours will be processed on the next business day. In the event of an item being back-ordered the customer will be notified and billing and shipping arrangements will be made then.
Our return policy is we offer a 48 no questions asked return on all items purchased, once you have received the item. Please notify your salesman if you have made the decision to make a return so that a Return Authorization can be made. That number must be on the outside of the box when shipped back. In the case of a return the purchaser pays for shipping in both directions.
