GMS G28 5.5x14 Acrylic Snare Drum
New to the GMS Drum Company, the G28 series of drums. Acrylic shells with racing stripes. Acrylic shells offer a brighter, louder voice in comparison to maple shell drums. They have an excellent crack with a medium-warm resonance.
GMS bearing edges utilize a 45-degree cut on the inside of the shell and a shallow 45-degree counter cut on the outside. The throw-off and butt system was designed to be simple, trouble free, and effective. The snare drum features 20 strand heat treated high carbon steel snare wire. Hoops are 2.3mm steel triple flanged. This drum will ship with an Evans coated G1 top, and 300 gauge snare
