This is an 8 lug Milkwood monoply snare drum with a lacquer finish and a Purple stained interior. This drum is outfitted with a coated Remo Ambassador batter head and a Remo Ambassador snare side head. When it comes to wood, shell density and weight really do determine so much of the sound of a drum.
