Developed by veteran jazz artist Jeff Hamilton, this series captures the essence of Jeff's highly musical cymbal sound. The bell is slightly smaller than our traditionals, but speaks with distinction. The bowed profile tapers to a paper thin edge. The rides are sensitive enough for a jazz trio, but dig in and you can carry a big band through the shout chorus. Crash the 22" ride--explosive.
The weight of the cymbal is just heavier than the Master's series rides and the bell is also a bit larger. It has a generously curved profile and the edge slightly flanges downward.
